CB400 sparkplug removal

CB400 sparkplug removal

Well lads, having awful trouble getting the sparkplugs out of a 92 cb400 superfour. I’m fairly sure the socket is making it down to the plug but it’s just not budging, may not be biting though. Using a 10mm sparkplug socket. Stupid question now but does anyone know is there a special socket required for the CB or is there something I’m missing? Ive had plenty of sparkplugs out in the past but these just aren’t happening! Any help much appreciated. Cheers:bikerie:

Ah b*****………..

Ah b*****………..

I was at the gym the other night, I found a hole in my trainer big enough to put my finger in.

Long story short, she filed a complaint and I’m banned for life. :woots::woots:

Lend of a impact wrench?

Lend of a impact wrench?

I f***ed up by not breaking the nut on the front sprocket before cutting the chain so I’m thinking a impact wrench will do the job .Dublin area

1971 t100r restoration .

1971 t100r restoration .

this might take a while as ive a few of my bikes vying for attention , the bsa b25 had the engine fully rebuilt , the triton just got 300 lids of clutch parts and i’m working on sorting engine plates , i finally sourced a rear subframe to convert the tr6 back to standard , ive been doing a bit with the fjs ,the 254 is almost there and starting to look well . this t100r was kinda getting left in the corner but a bit got mixed up with other bits and got cleaned up and sprayed and of course made the rest of it look like crap .

so ive jumped in there too .fecks sake ive enough projects to last me till i keel over lol .

anyway .. this t100r i bought around 7 years ago, it had been lying in a lads garden with a bollixed motor for decades. it came at reasonable money but lets face it i was most likely the onlt fool brave enough to take it on .

it started off like this ….
